Ted Cruz + Rand Paul = Halloween

Republican Halloween Meme Mike Meshew

Halloween time is here again, ain’t been round since who knows when.

Normally Senator Rand Paul, Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Mitch McConnell and House of Representative leaders John Boehner would be frightening to experience individually, but when they roam Washington D.C. on Halloween night as a gang, the results can be horrific.

         To calm your friends, family and yourself through this ordeal, please recite the following poem;

Midnight falls across the land,

The darkest hour is close at hand,

Politicians looking for support,

Of Safety Nets to Abort

And though you’re filled with fear,

For this you must remember,

That you can get your revenge,

By voting next November.

John Boehner Does Not Believe In Halloween

John Boehner’s Halloween

Just because Halloween has a long tradition of giving children free candy does not mean that House of Representative leader John Boehner has to follow that long standing generous tradition.

Our Tea Party Hero was recently appointed as the head of the Senate Commerce Subcommittee on Space so Mr. Cruz put his knowledge of the NASA’s space program to good use in creating his Halloween outfit and including his corporate sponsors. It is interesting to note that along with corporate sponsors GE, BP, Shell and Exxon Ted also included White Castle, 7-Eleven and McDonald’s.

Weekly Weird Republican News Issue halloween 16

Halloween Issue #2 of Weekly Weird Republican News

In this second Halloween Special Edition Issue we focus our attention on our arch enemy Hillary Clinton campaigning in Iowa in the spirit of Halloween. From the look of this campaign photo, it appears that Hillary may pick Beelzebub as her running mate!

Next up is our hero John Boehner extending his “no handouts” political philosophy to the sacred tradition of Halloween.  John Boehner tells any mistaken children who arrive at his door on Halloween, “No Candy For You”!  We also include an interview with Eric Cantor along with his special Halloween political adviser.

We conclude with a special sneak preview of this year’s Halloween outfit for Ted Cruz. Our Tea Party Hero was recently appointed as the head of the Senate Commerce Subcommittee on Space so Mr. Cruz put his knowledge of the NASA’s space program to good use in creating his Halloween outfit and including his corporate sponsors.       Here is a recent poll illustrating the declining popularity of Mitt Zombie over the past four years.

Bub’s recent surge in the polls is not surprising due to his ability to learn and his campaign slogan “I can learn”

Old Guthrie’s increase in popularity is interesting because he is not an American born citizen and his campaign slogan is “Let Sleeping Corpses Lie”, although he does promise that if elected, everyone will receive a free Breakfast at  Manchester Morgue.

Mitt Romney Zombie Fast Food Meme

(in the spirit of Halloween . . .)

From the 2012 Presidential Election

The life of a zombie Presidential Candidate is hectic. Resisting the temptation to eat the hand you are supposed to shake, a zombie politician can work up a real appetite. Here Mitt (Zombie) Romney went to a zombie restaurant but was so impatient that he decided to eat his own arm and hand instead of waiting 15 minutes for his meal to be served. Mitt Zombie redefines the concept of “fast food”.

Yowser!

Halloween Haunted House Art Print #2

Victorian House Relief Art Print Joanne Meshew 225

Halloween Haunted House Art Print #2

This wonderful old house used to be near where I lived. It was a wooden frame Victorian building. It was the epitome of what a haunted house should look like. It’s been torn down with new smaller houses built in it’s place. This is an original print from a linoleum block, carved and hand printed by me. It is on heavyweight Rives paper. The image area is 8.5 x10.75 & has at least an inch border around the image to make matting easier. This print is not matted or framed. Signed & numbered at the bottom of each print.

Halloween Haunted House Art Print

Haunted House Relief Art Print by Joanne Meshew

Halloween Haunted House Art Print

Trees are stark and a bright fall moon hangs in the sky. Leafless branches reach toward the windows. An overgrown iron gate stands sentinel to the grounds, waiting for the brave soul to venture near. Is that a face peering from a window or a trick of the light? This is printed on masa professional paper. The print image measures 12 inches by 14 inches. The print image is surrounded by a boundary of at least 2 inches providing ample white space for matting. The overall print plus boundary is 16 & a half by 18 inches. It is signed & numbered below the image in pencil. Each print is hand pressed & all hand pulled prints are unique.
